Old meets new, traditional meets modern, craft meets industrial. The design of the store is a marriage between various styles where we have not only used Odisha's traditional Pattachitra, Chitta, Dhokra metal craft, Talapatra (Palm leaf) craft and Paper mache but commissioned it directly from the local artisans- following Suta’s ethos i.e. endeavour of empowering local artisans and their craft.

The idea was to bring in Odisha’s rich cultural heritage as a visual manifestation while inculcating the tradition which still thrives on creativity and skill. This space showcases an unusual mix of textures, colours, and materials for the people of Bhubaneswar and brings back old memories of childhood homes with its earthiness, arches, stained glasses and traditional fabrics.
