Nilanjana Roy, a graduate from Piloo Modi College of Architecture in 2009. She worked in New Delhi for the first few years of her career as an Assistant Architect and soon became a partner in an architecture firm. She worked on various projects ranging from Conservation, Residential, Interiors, Museums, Commercial as well as Infrastructure projects like Delhi Metro, High Speed Rail Stations etc in her practice in New Delhi before moving back to Odisha in 2018.

Avik Roy is an Architect and Industrial Designer with over 16 years experience. He did his Bachelor in
Architecture from CET, Bhubaneswar and Masters in Industrial Design from SPA, Delhi. He worked in Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi before starting his own entrepreneurship. Being an active researcher and academician, he has also worked in the fields of Architecture, Interiors, Lighting, Installations and Product Design. He holds a patent in Agro based construction material.
