Dasgupta Residence.... Stand-alone residence redeveloped for the needs of a growing family. Designed as a modern family unit, a new floor was added and the ground floor was converted for a rental unit. The jali screens not only act as a design element but also provide privacy to the door leading to the main living area behind it. Minimum intervention was done to the existing gate and boundary wall with only a surrounding frame added across the gate to create a new dimension to the facade.
